1. The operator shall check whether the oil standard and oil quantity meet the standard according to the manual, fill up the oil level and ensure that the guide rail remains smooth;

2. After the power is turned on, complete the reference point operation of each axis, and then enter other operation methods to ensure the correctness of the coordinates of each axis;

3. Do not place any objects on the machine tool guide rail workbench;

4. Before using the machine tool, check the surrounding environment, and after the machine tool is started, stand in a safe position to avoid the moving parts of the machine tool and the splashing of iron filings;

5. The height and extension length of the walking platform must be adjusted in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual, and forced operation is not allowed.

Clearance adjustment process of guide rail of high-precision CNC lathe: grind or scrape the platen surface M and N to ensure the required clearance, and the clearance is on the N surface. Unscrew the fixing screw 2, adjust the gasket thickness between the pressing plate and the guide rail joint surface to change the gap value. When measuring the gap, tighten the fixing screw, otherwise the gap value is inaccurate. Adjust the screw to change the position of the pressing plate, so as to increase or reduce the clearance of the guide rail.

The spindle of the machine tool is equipped with high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing, bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing. The equipment has the largest bearing capacity, and can bear awesome cutting force and feed force, and has higher radial direction.
